METALS: Charms are mixed metals and plated: alloy, copper, stainless steel and gold. These are not made to wear everyday or to get wet.

ORDERING AND DESIGNING: Choosing your charms and designing your necklace can be done LIVE with us on TikTok or privately through Instagram. All payments and orders will need to be completed on the website first. 

PROCESSING: Our build time is approximately 48 hours, so you should expect a tracking number within 2 days of locking in your design.

SHIPPING: We only ship within the U.S. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

✨ Are charms indestructible? Sadly, no 😅

We triple-check your pieces before shipping, so if something arrives broken straight out of the package, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll send you a replacement or offer a coupon towards your next charm purchase with us. Once your charms are out living their best lives, we can’t cover bumps, bangs, or everyday wear — but don’t worry, we always hook our repeat customers up with special deals on replacements!
