METALS: Charms are mixed metals and plated: alloy, copper, stainless steel and gold. These are not made to wear everyday or to get wet.

ORDERING AND DESIGNING: Choosing your charms and designing your necklace can be done LIVE with us on TikTok, or privately through Instagram. All payments and orders will need to be completed on the website first. 

PROCESSING: Our build time is approximately 48 hours, so you should expect a tracking number within 2 days of locking in your design.

SHIPPING: Shipping is free for orders $20 and over. We only ship within the U.S. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
